Payments made by Credit Card are always made in a secure environment, on a platform owned by banks, therefore we do not collect bank details or card numbers at Waypoint.

An order may be canceled before it has been shipped. However, once the wine has shipped, we are unable to accept returns due to legal restrictions

At Waypoint, we focus on crafting high-quality wines in small quantities. This approach allows us to maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure that each bottle meets our high standards of excellence. Our production size is intentionally limited, enabling us to emphasize quality over quantity and truly capture the essence of our unique terroir in every glass.

Our red wines benefit from being stored in a cool, dark place at a consistent temperature between 55°F and 65°F.

Store your Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in a wine refrigerator or a constant cool area where the temperature is around 45°F to 50°F. This wine is typically consumed within a few years of release, so long-term aging isn’t necessary.
