How can I book a tasting appointment at Waypoint?

Do I need a reservation?

We warmly welcome walk-in visitors at the Lounge as well. To guarantee your preferred time and to make the most of your visit, we recommend booking in advance through our website or by calling us at 1-707-963-6015.

What experiences do you offer?

Waypoint Wines are now poured at the Lithology Lounge downtown Napa. Enjoy wines by the glass or a curated flight at your leisure. Please visit our VISIT page or call us directly at 1-707-963-6015. Our team is ready to help and answer any questions you may have.

What are your hours and location?

Our Downtown Napa Lounge is located at 1040 Main Street #101, Napa, CA 94559, offering a refined urban wine tasting option. The lounge operates from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday through Monday.

How long are your experiences?

Our tasting experiences are designed to last approximately 90 minutes. This duration allows you to fully appreciate our selection of wines, while learning about the unique characteristics of each. We recommend setting aside this time to ensure a complete and immersive experience at Waypoint.

Do you accept large groups?

Yes, we gladly accommodate large groups for tastings. However, to ensure we can provide the best experience possible, reservations for large groups must be made over the phone. Can I bring my children to The Lounge?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate guests under the age of twenty-one.

Do you allow dogs at The Lounge?

We appreciate your interest in bringing your dog however, we kindly request that only service animals be brought into our tasting venues. While we understand that pets can be well-behaved and cherished members of the family, we have implemented this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Some visitors may have allergies, fears, or personal preferences that can be affected by the presence of animals.

Wine Club and Subscriptions

How can I join your club?

Fill out our online membership application or contact our membership team for assistance at membership@waypoint-wines.com. You can also sign up in person when visiting our tasting venues.

What is your cancellation policy for wine club memberships?

Memberships can be canceled after a minimum commitment of two shipments. Contact our membership team for more details at membership@waypoint-wines.com.

Can I visit your lounge for tastings without a membership?

Yes, we welcome visitors for tastings without a membership. Tasting fees will apply and reservations are recommended. Please visit our visit page for more information.

How do I update my contact and billing information for my membership?

What happens if I’m not available to receive a wine shipment?

We offer options for rescheduling, holding shipments or shipping to Walgreens (FedEx), UPS store or an office. Contact our membership team to make arrangements.

Ordering and Shipping

What states can you ship to?

Our shipping capabilities vary depending on state regulations, which change frequently. To ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting us directly. Our team will be happy to assist you with details on whether we can ship to your location.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping rates are determined based on your location and the shipping option you select. During checkout, you’ll be able to view available shipping methods and their respective costs to choose the option that best fits your needs.

What are the payment options?

You can choose the payment method that best suits you: VISA or Mastercard Credit Card. You will only have to follow the instructions indicated to finish the process. Payments made by Credit Card are always made in a secure environment, on a platform owned by banks, therefore we do not collect bank details or card numbers at Waypoint.

Can I cancel my order?

An order may be canceled before it has been shipped. However, once the wine has shipped, we are unable to accept returns due to legal restrictions.

What should I expect to see on my bank statement?

Can I host a private event at your Lounge?

Can I tour the production facilities at Waypoint?

Wine Production and Storage

How large is your production?

At Waypoint, we focus on crafting high-quality wines in small quantities. This approach allows us to maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure that each bottle meets our high standards of excellence. Our production size is intentionally limited, enabling us to emphasize quality over quantity and truly capture the essence of our unique terroir in every glass.

How should I store and serve your red wines?

Our Cabernets benefit from being stored in a cool, dark place at a consistent temperature between 55°F and 65°F. If you plan to age your Cabernets, ensure it is stored on its side to keep the cork moist, which prevents it from drying out and letting air into the bottle.

How should I store and serve your white wines?

Store your Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in a wine refrigerator or a constant cool area where the temperature is around 45°F to 50°F. This wine is typically consumed within a few years of release, so long-term aging isn’t necessary.
