Join The Restaurant’s executive chef, Michael C. Toni, for a unique dining experience to celebrate the newest vintage of our Grand Ciel Cabernet Sauvignon. This multi-course chef’s tasting menu will be prepared and served tableside in our D2 Room. Chef Toni will be interacting with guests while preparing each course expertly paired with wines from DeLille Cellars.

This is a semi-private dining experience for up to 18 guests where you will be seated with other parties. Courses will be served with wine pairings from DeLille Cellars featuring Grand Ciel Cabernet & Grand Ciel Syrah.

Due to the nature of this experience, no split plates or substitutions will be offered.
